Set up Shele SMS Gateway

This app is the control panel. The SMS is actually sent by your Android phone running the gateway app — so first connect a phone.

Install the gateway app on your Android phone
Download the APK ↗, install it, then turn on Local Server and tap Offline to start it.
Enter the details shown in the phone's Local Server section:
